After launching their very own hot pot just last month, Fly By Jing has even more amazing news to share. Their super-popular frozen dumplings are finally back in stock, which means you can stock your freezer with this editor-favorite snack immediately. After selling over one million dumplings and completely selling out within two months of launch, these three dumpling flavors are finally back for you to keep in your freezer and treat yourself to a delicious bite any night of the week.

Fly By Jing, a Chinese food brand launched by chef Jing Gao in 2018, had their first major hit with their signature Sichuan Chili Crisp, a bold, flavorful condiment that you can use on anything from dumplings to ice cream. (We also highly recommend their Zhong Sauce to put on literally everything!) While they’re known for their pantry staples, including Sichuan sauces, a hot pot base (which we tried and loved!), chilis, and more, their first foray into frozen bites isn’t to be missed.

If you’re new to these flavorful dumplings, allow us to explain. There are three flavors to choose from, including Pork, Shrimp, and Scallop, Pork, Shrimp, and Mushroom, and Pork XLB Soup Dumplings. These savory dumplings are packed with Sichuan flavor, perfect for a meal that tastes like it’s straight from a restaurant. While you can buy two, four, or six packs of each flavor, you can also buy the Dumplings Variety Pack that includes all three options.

After sampling Fly By Jing’s dumplings last year, our Senior Commerce Editor, Danielle, couldn’t get enough. “Savory and succulent, the dumplings can live in your freezer for a super-easy meal or snack literally whenever the mood strikes. I won’t lie, though: The mood always strikes,” she wrote.

You can prepare them in whatever way you prefer, whether you choose to boil, fry, steam or use them in a soup. After trying all cooking methods, Danielle preferred pan-frying the pork and shrimp dumplings while the soup dumplings were best when steamed in a bamboo basket, then tossed in broth. In just a few minutes, you’ll have a beautiful plate of dumplings in front of you with minimal effort required.

Not only are all three flavors back in stock, but Fly By Jing also is offering a new way to receive these delicious frozen bites. Now, you can sign up for their dumpling subscription service and make sure that you always have a pack on standby in your freezer. Plus, when you subscribe, you’ll save 15 percent off each order. You can choose how frequently you’ll receive your dumplings — although we don’t think you’ll have a hard time polishing off a bag! The variety pack and the individual flavors are all available for subscribing.

Everyone who’s been eagerly anticipating this restock can finally breathe a sigh of relief because your Fly By Jing frozen dumplings will be right back in your freezer where they belong with just the click of a button!
